Why can’t parents order cards directly?
Orders are coach-led to ensure ratings, comments and information are appropriate and accurate.
Do parents need to give consent?
Yes. No card is produced until a parent or guardian gives consent and uploads the photo.
Can my child’s full name appear on the card?
No. For child protection, we only allow first name and initial.
What photos are accepted?
Clear, high-quality photos of the player alone. No teammates, school photos, or heavy filters.
What if I upload the wrong photo?
If production has not started, changes may be possible. If production has started, a new order will be required.
Can ratings be changed later?
Ratings reflect the coach’s view at the time of the order and cannot be changed once production begins.
Can the coach pay for all players?
Yes. Parents will still receive a link to upload photos and give consent.
Can I track delivery?
Yes. All orders are sent with UK tracked delivery.
Is my child’s data safe?
Yes. We collect only minimal data, store no full names or addresses, and process all data under UK GDPR.
